By creating an account or using Annuo you accept these terms. The service is provided by William Vestman Malmi (sole trader), trading as Annuo ("we", "us").
1. The service
Annuo is a tool for creating, sharing and exporting visual year overviews. It is provided as is and may be changed or discontinued.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to register. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to (a) break the law, (b) distribute illegal or harmful content, (c) attempt to access other users' accounts, or (d) technically disrupt the service.
4. Content and rights
You retain all rights to the wheels, periods and events you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display the content as needed to deliver the service to you and the people you share with.
5. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record
Paid plans (Plus, Pro and Pro seats) are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and inside the app.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. **Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all our orders**, which means Paddle handles payment processing, billing, sales tax/VAT, customer service inquiries related to purchases, refunds and chargebacks on our behalf.
By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). See section 6 below.
6. Refunds and cancellation
We offer a **30-day money-back guarantee** on all new subscriptions and renewals — if you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the payment date. To request a refund, visit **paddle.net** (Paddle handles all refunds as Merchant of Record) or email us at hej@annuo.eu and we'll help you initiate it.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
7. Suspension and account termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that (a) breach these terms, (b) fail to pay due fees, (c) pose a security or fraud risk, or (d) repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, personal data is deleted in line with the privacy policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-product at least 30 days in advance.
9. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are heard in Swedish courts. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
