We want you to be happy with Annuo, so we offer a clear refund policy on all paid subscriptions.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within **30 days** of the payment date. This applies to both new subscriptions and automatic renewals.

How to request a refund

Our order process and all refunds are handled by our payment partner Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for our orders. • Visit **https://paddle.net** and sign in with the email address you used at checkout to view your receipts and request a refund, or • Email us at **hej@annuo.eu** with your order number or purchase date and we'll help you initiate the refund with Paddle. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within a few business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to the service until then.

Consumer rights

This policy does not override mandatory consumer rights. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
